Hey everyone. Just wated to see what you guys thought about this seasonal price. This only includes plowing, i am sub and the salting and sidewalks will be done by the gc. Dont need an exact but fro, the looks of it would 7000 for a seasonal price be reasonable? 2" trigger, based off roughly 18 pushes. Any help or suggestions on this would be great- oh and i worked this out to take ballpark 6 hours

    I hope that is $7,000 a property.

Think about this, a sub working for someone else gets between $50 and $75 an hour to plow.

    So 6 hours at $75 = $450.
    Times going out 18 times at 6 hours a clip = $8,100

That's not taking into account, gas, insurance, etc...

So your $7,000 is a bit under priced.

I wouldn't get out of bed for 7K for that. Minimum 10K and that's without running any hard numbers on it.
