I have the opportunity to bid on our local elementary school parking lot. The school has other bids, but they are from out of town contractors. They would rather spend the tax dollars local. I need to plow the walks, which will be done with an ATV with a 5 foot blade. They don't want trucks on the sidewalks. The lot has curbing and islands all over it. The snow has to be carried about 100 yards. They are looking for a price per hour for the whole job. They plow now with a 7.5 foot plow and a good storm 5-8 inches takes 4.5 to 5 hours. I have a F-550 with 9.5 extreme V. What would you guys charge per hour? No salting or snow removal are required. Thanks
