    Can/do they DOT that? In MN if you have a logo on your truck, that makes it a commercial vehicle. According to my sources that means that you the owner need a health card (as well as any employee's who drive it), even if it is under 10K.

    That was one of my first thoughts on my pictures, but the group went a different direction, which is cool. The phone number on the sign is from ND, and he is working in MN. So now the Interstate DOT regs apply, not Intra. So in addition to working lights,brake, e brake,blah, blah. It would Have to have numbers displayed.

    I wouldn't want to be him if he gets inspected.

    If you are talking about the picture I posted. Triple Nickel is in Sharpsville, IN. I'm not up on DOT regulations in Indiana but you don't see many commercial vehicles around here with DOT numbers.
