    Welcome to Plowsite.

Any answers ASAP will appear the quickest by using the SEARCH feature located in the upper right corner of the page.

Since you're sanding, you'll need to consider a number of factors. The ratio of salt to sand in your mix will determine if you're just providing "traction" or if you'are actually melting snow and ice.

Since price is based on time and materials, you'll need to determine what product you're going to use. Application rates and product discussion have been covered and you'll find many threads which should answer your questions.
