I have a Snoway sander and I cant get the conveyor to move. If I put 12v to the clutch I see the magnet move, but it won't turn the chain. It start up and runs good, but nothing else. Any ides? Please help.

How rusted is your conveyor chain?

It is rusted but not really bad. It is free all the way around. When I jumped the clutch it sounds like a little grinding noise coming from it, like it is trying to move but something it holding it back.
