Sander just picked up

    Just bought this Ice o way sander today, Its a "new" old stock unit, Its a few years old never used. Its an 8 foot 1.5 yard unit .Has a 10hp on it with the swing away chute.

    Im going to sand her down paint her rustoileum black, add a small extension to the sides so it can take 2 yards and call it a day. this will be going in the black chebby

    Not a bad Find.

    I might suggest taking the heads off the motor and inspecting the cylinders before firing up the motor.

    I bought it from the ice o way dealer and they are installing it. It has a 1 year warranty on it and have tested the engine.

    Nice. I know a guy that bought about 4 of those ice o ways the painted ones last year from the ice o way dealer in ct and go them for real cheap then resold them.

    Yea, I think i know the guy your talking about. I bought this one from the same dealer that he did. I paid $1800 for it installed with the in cab controller and a new battery.

    Thats a deal. post some pics up when it's installed you will deff have to add some strobes to it. :)

    Yea im likely going to install a few led tir3 type strobes to the back of it as well as a few led work lights to help me see.

    Those will look good on it. I want to change to led spots on my truck.

    They are cheap enough, maybe ill add 3 of them to the sides and top of the sander.

    that would help with the spreader freezing up arent they rated in btus now instead of watts

    got it in the truck today,They didnt take my tow hitch off so they left the sander hanging out the back like 3 feet, i need to pull the hitch off and slide it forwad twords the cab a few feet.
