Sand Sticks

    Okay I am sure this has beed discussed 5 million times but I missed them.... Other than vibrators how can i keep the sand from sticking to the walls of my V spreader... Will Pam work I have heard oil as well but that seems that it will get sticky when cold.

    Keep it dry.

    Mix with Salt.

    Buy a spreader with a wider chain, with resultant steeper sides.

    I can imagine oil or any petroleum product working. Seems it would make the sand stick to the sides.
