Salt Prices

    What are guys paying per bulk ton of rock salt in and around Pittsburgh?
    Prices were seeing are right around $70.00 - $85.00 ton . Any one else with some prices please post.

    Im in eastren pa and I pay 42 dollars deliverd. I get that rate because we service municipal roads and are contracted to carry our own salt. The salt suppliers give and extra discount. A regular contractor pays about 53 dollars per ton delivered. There is a landscape supplier that sells it for 80 per ton loaded 24/7.

    Cheapest Rate Around Here Is $55 Ton But By The Tri Axle Load Aprox 24 Ton. Last Year We Used 78 Tons And It Was A Slow Year Here In The Pittsburgh Region. Where In The East ? Thanks
