Salt coverage

    Hey, I did a search on this and got many different answers. I'm going to be spreading bagged salt products. I'm just wonering if you guys would figure about #500/acre? Or a little more. I think I heard bulk should be around #1000/acre, but that seems like a lot to me. I'm not asking for pricing help, just an answer. Thanks.

    Deends on the tolerence level of your customer, 1000# is a bit much

    Ok, thanks. I think by spreading bagged material I can get away with close to #500 pounds per acre. That's what I'm going to figure for now. This year is going to be a learning experience for me. lol
