I'm liking it. I got a similar sized truck, but in the Blazer variety.

What kind of blade you got on the nose of that thing?

I have thought of a small plow for my truck but don't think it would do good being only 1/2 ton

its a older 6ft snoway st. with down pressure, a little on the small size but i only payed $200 for the plow and everything but the pump and hoses were new on it, so I'm not complaining.

For all you guys saying its the perfect driveway machine it is... but I use it for all my plowing and it works great It hasn't had a problem with anything I've thrown at it. Over all I'm very pleased with my little $1200 project.

Do you Snoway guys need to use DP for every push? Just curious, I'm not familiar with those plows.

A lot of guys do. I know I probably will when I get my Sno-Way.

From what I've seen in pictures and the few lots plowed by Sno-Ways around here, the DP scrapes like none other!

Nice s10 used to have one not with a plow but had 99 4.6 i think a lot of power. Keep plowin small trucks rule.

I'm plowing gravel in the pics and the gravel isn't frozen so I need the shoes. I hardly use the down pressure only back dragging and if there are big drifts and I don't want the plow to ride up.

like I said I really like it, could use a little more power, Got the 350 lying there ready to go in but can't afford the downtime right now if it does snow.
