    13 inch.
the 14 inch rotor for 2004 is for the dual wheel trucks. the 13 1/2 and 14 1/2 inch rotor size is for the 05 and newer trucks.

funny thing is on the 13 inch one that he showed me the off set was very shallow. where on my rotors the place where the hub goes is deep

well, it is possible someone changed them. to use the larger rotors all you need to do is use the larger caliper and caliper brackets.
that is what i did on my 02 since i needed calipers too.

turns out he picked the wrong 13 inch rotor. talked to another guy and got the right ones.
