I have a 24D serial # 24D105321. I believe the seal kit for the up/down piston is 96101516 or 96105257. My question is, can I just take the rear piston bolt off, unscrew the spanner type nut and slide the old seals off and reverse the order to put it back together. I really don't want to take the cyclinder completely off, even though it's probally easier because the hose connection looks pretty rusty and that could open a whole nother can of worms. any input is appreciated. thanks

I have the kit in stock but have never tried replacing one with the cylinder on the plow.
