    Hello all.

Everyone helped me diagnose the problem with my pump was the motor and based on recommendations from y'all, I got the 2 stud motor to replace my single stud motor.

So here is a new question, do I also need to replace the motor mounting plate?

My original plow came with the 15730 mounting plate (B&W pic) and I see the new style 15892 plate in the instruction manual.

    Thanks.
