Replacing an E 60 motor , looking for advise, tips tricks etc.......

    I haven't started it yet but I will on Thursday ..... Just want to get a heads up on the process.... I ve never replaced a Meyer motor .... I appreciate the help!!!!!!

    Motor easy. Remove 2 bolts and wiggle. Might need a rubber mallet if its been on for a while.

    Yeah it's original the plow was new in 97 so uh it's been on awhile!!!

    :mechanic: bolts will break then you will have to pull motor mount cover replace oil o ring cover nylon washers if its old single stud motor its cheap for motor mount 16.95 at angelos i just did 1 yesterday. if it 2 stud motor they are 46.95 . I had all parts in stock .I put ram in one tonight miner seal kit new wiper in cap Monday master seal kit in 1, replaced o rings on valve block yesterday . I have been busy .you got a back up pump. if its never been changed plan on pounding on it .good luck :I did get to take my son hunting he got a nice 10 point buck in between the pump work this week . good luck , all pumps were e 60
