Replace Spinner - whats the trick??

    I have a 8000 that the spinner (metal one) is a little warped and gives a vibration now. Of course, it is rusted completely on snugger than a bug in a rug.

    Fluid film for 2 days, tried heat and still tight.

    Am I holding my tonge wrong when trying to remove it?

    And yes, the bolt was taken out.

    I had to cut mine off very carefully with a cutting wheel.

    It was! Unfortunately, One of my guys left the truck in gear and it ran into the loading dock he had just backed up to. So we HAD to get it off and fab up some new parts. It was the second day of a 5 day ice storm. Bad time to have a spreader out of commission.

    After our persuasion removal attempts, it seems that we have straightened it out and she runs nice and smooth now - who knew.
