I need fire, vandalism and theft insurance on a rental. My insurance company is confused and won't write me a policy because they don't cover rentals. Does anyone know of or have an insurance agency who does this type of coverage? Please help!!

They won't give you a rider on it? What about the rental company, don't they offer insurance?

The rental co does offer insurance but they say most clients provide their own coverage because its cheaper.

Add it to your inland marine policy.

I've not known that to be an issue in West Michigan, but I'll be prudent and look into it. Thanks!
