remove plug from the plow frame

    how can that be done (without damaging it). I'd like to remove the plow frame so I can paint it. (10 years old, kinda rusty looking). The plug is wedged into its spot pretty tight, and I don't want to break it.

    I can't find anything in the manuals that are on the Curtis web site that mention how to install the wiring harness on the truck side. there's instructions for the plow side, but not for the vehicle. I figure if I could see how it is supposed to go in, I can figure out how to get it out.
