Relief valve seized - Help!

    I cant turn the relief valves, they seem to be seized.
    How can I free them up??:help:
    I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks

    Apply heat very carefully.

    I was wondering about that.
    Do you heat the top of the valve and let it cool or
    do you heat the aluminum block?

    Try some rust buster and let it sit an hour or two . Then take the biggest screw driver that will fit , clamp a vise grip on it and try to turn , alternate between tighten and loosen until you get it to move. If you use heat be very carefull with the aluminum

    Heat the top NOT the aluminum.
