Disassembled, sandblasted, painted, new pins, new draw latch assembly, Fluid Film and new cutting edge with two piece hard-ox wing edges. All that is needed now is snow!

    Shipping would kill ya. :D

The suppler where we get our Blizzard parts fabricated these because the stock 8611 wing edges would bend. I had no idea he was offering them until earlier this year. When it comes time to replace the edge, all you do is replace the bottom part which is Hard-ox. I will be curious to see how they wear.

Funny story. It happened on one of the last storms we had here. It was the type of conditions when you plowed the heavy wet snow off the asphalt it would ice over. I was cleaning out a loading dock that is recessed, so you drive/back down into it. A truck had come and dropped and swapped earlier, so I drove down to the front of the trailer to back drag and you can probably picture what happened next! Yup, slid under the front of the trailer cleaning one of the plow lights right off and finial stopping after the front of the hood was under the trailer.

To each is own. Its going to do the job regardless the color.
