Sometimes those pixs are to big,you may have to reduce it down in size.

not trying to sound dumb, but how do i reduce size?? my pic is 966x600 and it needs to be 800x800. I tried zooming out on google earth and copied that pic but it still was 966.

Windows picture manager, if you have office, paint can compress otherwise. Compress as Jpeg
