I noticed today as I was lifting my plow arm up that the gasket that goes around the lift piece on the pump was going up with it. Is there a way to get that to stay down, or do I need to be replace the gasket? I think with that gasket loose like that it will let in water into my system.

Replace the seal (ram seals are only about $6.00)

    You better believe it.

It's actually refereed to as a wiper seal as thats exactly what it does.."wipes" the lift ram clean as the ram retracts into the pump. P/n 05119
