JEFF..........Nope........Local western dealer is stumped (new owner)
as to what year GM truck(s) it fits except for the 01 Chevy it came
    off of..............

I figured you or somebody would know for sure so I can list it
on the used parts forum in case somebody needs it cheap.

Dealer said it wouldn't work on my 04..................thanks.geo

JEFF.........Do you come up with what year(s) GM trucks this will fit?
Note: harness is off a 01 GM

I can assume this will fit William Bs 01 Chevy eh?

Will it work on a 03 Ultramount plow even tho its a relay set up?

BTW: What is this complete harness worth used?
I figure $100 bucks shipped to our plowless friend.........Fair price?

    ............geo:drinkup:

That will fit GMC/Chevy 99'-02' George. The relay set-up is not reccomended for the 03' up.It will plug in but your likely to run into light problems in the future due to the way the headlights are fused on the new GM's.

I'm assuming your including the controll harness with the light harness?
$100 shipped is a decent deal.

03' UltraMount should be running an Isolation Module(3 plug system)If this is the case then no,your harness will not work unless you change the plow lights back to the old 9 pin style with the controll harness wired in(around $300 nowadays)

Geo, sorry bud, been busy pushin snow and shakin salt pretty much non stop since turkey day. Then go figure, it all melted today, had a hi of 47 with rain.

don, thanks for covering for me!

Wouldnt he have to run the headlights with the white strain relief (western part 64078) instead of the regular 9 pin (61540). dont have the book for 03 and newer here so im going off the top of my head.

Like i said,it will work. The installing dealer should have upgraded to the Isolation Module 3 plug set-up for long term reliability.

ARC...........3 plugs huh? Never seen a new set up at any of the
    plow shows with 3 plugs..........Only 2.
My new set up does have the iso. module tho............

My new set of lights to go with the 04 harness got stolen from
my truck before I could haul the plow back to the dealer for
them to change the plowside lights and harness................

I figured since everything worked fine and plugged in (except for
no hi-beams on plow only) with no problem I would be ok.
Heck its been 2 seasons already...................

I was pissed at myself for not locking my truck and didn't want to
fork over another $230 or so MORE clams for another set.......

    Live and learn I guess....................geo:drinkup:
