question about motors

    I have a Meyer E-47 plow, my motor got really hot and it was because I didn't have a good ground, now that I have a good ground my motor seams to be a little weak, is it possible that because it got hot that I weakened the motor? and if I need a new motor, where would be a good site to pick one up?

    if the motor got hot it probably burnt the windings or the brushes. i have motors.
