here's the truck when i bought it back in November! the only things that have been added/changed are the tow mirrors and plow!

    Specs: 99 f250 super duty v8 5.4 4x4
    ext cab, long bed
extra spring in the rear axle
    power everything, cloth interior
as of now it has 176k miles on it

    i think that's about it.

Did you put the shoes by the door as a stopper?

Buy yourself some extra springs and eye hooks because you will breake one if you do a lot of plowing.

nice plow. I had the pleasure of putting one together by myself last year. It was fun using a ratchet strap to pull it into the v position to align the cylinders. awesome rig

I didn't think of that. I layed one down then dropped the second one down between the cylinders. But what ever works I guess!

Looks good, what width did you pick?

Did the install of mine last fall too. There's always some sort of snag to adapt to. Mine was that someone borrowed or sold the bolt/fastener packet out of the undercarriage package they sent me. Was marked on the box with a signature from whoever snagged it, but no one checked before it was sent out to me. Anyhow, had to go source my own bolts locally for about $70 extra. Will have to prod Jim for an even better deal next time around. :p

Oh, and for some reason the driver side undercarriage frame-bracket had the holes punched in the wrong spot. I had to do a ton of grinding to make them match up to the truck frame openings.

I got it brand new all boxed up, so all the bolts and wiring were all included! The dealer gave me the wrong mount though. They thought my truck was under 8800 gvw, but it was over and that makes a huge difference unfortunatly. but I swaped mounts and got some free hydro oil, so it all worked out. I had to drill 10+ holes and put in over 20 bolts in the frame. It's an 8'2"
