    HEY GUYS HAVE A PROPOSAL TO SUBMIT TO A PRIVATE COMMUNITY FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND SALTING .WHAT IS RECOMENDED TO BE INCLUDED ON PROPOSAL??

    Some things you'd want to include in proposal:

    1)price :D
    2)exactly what services will be provided for that price
    3)state that you have insurance
    4)trigger amount for snow plowing to commence
    5)some sort of "blizzard" clause
    6)contact phone #'s

    I don't know I'm sure there is lots more, but its 10 o clock and I'm heading to bed.:sleeping:

    Payment terms are a must as well.
    Clause for damage to property.
    Excessive snowfall and heavy ice clause.
    Start and end dates for the contract.
    Detail on what is and isnt covered fir services.
    Prices for add on services.
    Detailed performance specs as well.

    All of that, anything you can think of, and that all snow fall ammounts are what you state, not the weather station, just what you say.... :D
