I'm new to this please help. The client has two different places one has 50 two car driveways 50 sidewalks going from driveways to front door, and the other has 13 town homes with 50 two car driveways and all have sidewalks going from driveway to front door. There is a 2" trigger what should I charge? For snow removal and salt. Also what kind of de icer do you recommend?

Over your head right now. This patio homes now have about 70 homes and it takes 4 grasshopper type snow blowers and 4 guys shovel almost 3 hrs to do, They plow the road with a truck too, Driveways are about 2 wide and 20 ft long.So go from there. As for pricing why does he want each bid separately?

I was wanting to give a bid on both but if I can't do both this I would just give a bid on one and go from there but they are both in the same subdivision what do you think I would need for me to make profit on it?

Seasonal bid times how many units. So say 50 x 400.00=20000.00

Is there any kind of de icer you would recommend that wouldn't tear up concrete?

Also does that price include the driver or is that just the removal?
