Pricing help please !!!

    Please look at these 2 aireal photos and tell me what you would charge. They are in central PA, I do them with a pickup with a boss v plow. I usually plow them once half way through a storm, then when its over i plow them again and do a salt application with a meyer tailgate spreader. Any comments are appriciated, i have been lawn mowing and landscaping for years but snow/salt is fairly new to me i just don't know if im charging propertly.

    Per event
    Per Inch ?????

    No, they are like 10 miles apart but the same owner. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Download Google Earth. It has better satellite images and even has a built in ruler. You can get the dimension of the lot. It may not be 100% accurate but it will get you a ball park of the lot size.

    370/120 95/50 ...... Thats what i thought, i don't think im charging enough.

    About all you will be able to do is bring it up gradually next year and the year after if you were able to plow it at the price you had given to this customer, than I would not raise the price by more than 20% per year. Hope this helps

    Yes that helps, im still making a profit for now, just not as much as i should, thanks for the help.
