pricing commercial snow plowing????

    Hello,

    Anybody out there can tell me the best way to go about pricing a commerical job for snow plowing?? Push or hourly? I charge hourly for residential, $100 per hour, $50 minimum, and salt is additional. The side walks and wakl ways are done with all my residential customers. I commercial pricing priced much higher? Please help

    IF that's what you're getting for residential, then start pricing out the commercial that way. If you're getting 100% of your bids, then you're too low. If you're getting 50%, then you're probably still a little low. When you start getting about 30% of your bids, then you're probably about in the right price range.
