I replace my power steering hoses on a 98 2500 chevy van and my power steering is almost non exhistant. The resivour is full and it has a single feed line from the resivour to the ps pump.
Do I have to bleed the lines some how?

    Welcome to Plowsite :waving:

You will need to crank the wheels a few times from side to side, with the engine running to help get the air out.Top up the fluid,as it will go down.

    If that doesn't work,then you have another problem,like a bad pump,plugged or kinked line,broken belt,or a damaged steering gear.
