If you look in the upper right hand corner, you will see a link to Lawnsite's "Posting Guidelines". Please familiarize yourselves with them. As Lawnsite has grown so much, it's necessary to have a "policy" in place, describing what is allowed to be posted, and what is not. Especially with the anticipated growth as winter approaches. This is to help ensure a safe, fun environment for all at Lawnsite.

Ok, enough of the serious stuff now.....

    So who has had snow?
I spoke to Jason 2 and he said they had 7" in Washington State already.

I guess that eliminates most of my posts.

Chuck, does this mean I have to consult with my attorney before I post?

    Iowa,
We were thinking you might want to consult your shrink before posting ;) The attorney might not want to bother with you after you break out the CMA prayer rug in his office. To stay on Topic 2, no snow here yet.

Chuck I think the intended results have been achived.I think that in the snow forum the core answer givers has been reduced to 3 or 4. You,Dino,Geoff, and Lazer now have your own toy, hope you enjoy

    Dig,

You have misunderstood. It seems many here have. The rules are there, because they need to be. Enforcing them is another story. They need to be in place for when enforcing them is necessary. There is not a "zero tolerance" policy. We all need to lighten up here, but also to remember not to take it too far as we have before in the past is all.

Like I have said over and over, kidding is ok, a jab here and there, but no plain blatant attacks. The off topic thing is too hard to keep to all the time. Again if anyone here has a problem with another member, take it to e mail, and spare the rest of us.

It's clear that some of us can take kidding and jabs better than others. We all need to lighten up, as has been said in the past by other members. The regulars here know what statements will set off others, so we need to keep that in mind when kidding. If anyone wants to attack another member, do it in e mail.

And Dig, I for one miss your posts!

Sorry I've been at home with my 4,2 and 7mo old children,it got to be that there was alot more whinning going on here than at home so I decided to take a break. I've been posting but short posts, so as not to offend Dino and his delete button.Since your off vacation John might check in a little more often,it might look a little odd though you answering posts that are'nt there anymore, cause Lord knows they wouldn't edit one of yours. Glad to see you back.

Chuck it will be interesting now that your guidelines are in place how it affects attendence here at Lawnsite, I for one have chose to mostly read because the lack of interesting light yet informative posts are severely lacking.Like I said earlier it seems that those doing most of the responding are a very small east coast group, and it kind of ruins the national flair and gives less validity to the results.I thought maybe John Allin should be set up as propaganda police to weed out the repetative reponses.Well thats what I have to say,I mentioned Dino in this post so few will get to read this but that the Lawnsite world we live in.

I saw (sawr on the East coast) Digger the other day; he was hiding under his prayer rug distrought over the rejection he's received. Not even spraying him down w/ CMAK could get him to come out. What to do?
