I bought these in the beginning of the season.
I also have another set similar to these for one of my other trucks.

Lol, his dad bought the Pete to take up the driveway space so a stupid Mack could never sit there. Ford & Peterbilt, what a nice combo.

When it just got home from the pete dealer. Brand new. Never seen my dad happeir in my life. 1st brand new truck he ever bought. The rest were always used. This is what 142,000 gets you.

BTW all of his trucks had CATS in them. Wont buy a truck without a CAT under the hood. The new one has a C-15 475hp and the old one had a C-12 430hp. Both truck have the 8LL tranny. Only truck he owned without a CAT in it was a 1974 Diamond Reo and that had a 318 detroit in it.

Well then he better take *really* good care of that new one--no more CAT motors.

    :(

I know. When he found out i thought he was going to cry. He says this will be his last truck. He is 58 now so if he keeps it 10-12years he will call it quits all together.

I'd like to make mine last just because you will never see mileage like mine again, I'm thinking, with all the emission BS that we keep having to deal with. You can't argue with 7mpg loaded, and 12+ empty.

    :D

Yes in the summer months thats all he ever wants to haul. Cuz he gets paid by the hour. There is alot of waiting around at blacktop plants to get loaded and at the job sites to get un-loaded. Its easy on the truck too.
