i know it's a stupid Q' but i cant say i realy know the answer

what are the advantages or dis-advantages of a polyVSsteel plow

other than the obvious of rust, are the poly's better for backdraging b'cause of the weight

on the same token would you buy a poly if the steel is so dependable and i think it would be much stronger and it's a heck of a lot easier to repair

The main reason I like the poly is- The snow doesn't seem to stick to it. You don't have all this extra weight you are carring around. Plus when the blade is full of snow it won't windroe as well.

at least with boss the poly is heavier.
the two main benefits are less rust, remember there is still a steel frame behind the poly.
the second, and biggest is the snow does not stick as much and around here it makes a big difference. our lake effect snow is wet, sticky and heavy. usually the snow does now slide off the blade, it chunks up and bounces off.
