    All Commercial.

Never plowed a drive for money and never will...unless there was 50 right in a row.

Commercial only. Well, other than the 110 driveways I do for an HOA.

We also consider HOA as commercial, we do commercial plowing, only residential work we do is tied into a commercial site, like the guy has a business in XYZ and his house is 3 blocks away, often the on ly way to plow his commercial lot is if you "throw in" the house. We have about 5 like this, plus the owners house, his mother in laws house etc........

I plow all residential driveways. Not much comercial work in my area unless you have a loader and a pusher.

I call myself a commercial operator, however I don't consider the 78 resi's in my HOA's commercial because the service parameters are distinct in that there is no definte "open up" time like you'd have at a gas station or bank, ins. office etc. So, my approach is different w/ resect to "Go time" based more apon keeping things passable and then clean up after the snow stops and equally important the wind dies down. My HOA's like this because they get good value for the money they spend and I don't turn wheels without getting paid.
