Looking for a plow for my 2013 Ranger 4 900. I had a 1000 Prowler with a Moose plow, I thought it was pretty crappy, always tripping, and I hated that winch lift, so I'm looking for a hydraulic set up and preferably a 72". And a heavy plow because that thing bounced all over creation. I liked the wicked plow set ups but $3500, damn !?!?!?

Boss, Blizzard or Sno Way have good all-hydro plows. All three will cost ya. Boss straight blade will be about $2700 but is vastly higher quality than the wicked you are looking at. I personally in your shoes would get the Boss straight blade just cuz there is a lot of chatter on Rangerforums about how the big VXT is way too heavy for the Ranger front end. There are some guys on here using them and they all seem to be happy so maybe track them down and ask em if you want the VXT? All three of the ones I have mentioned come from big reputable plow companies and will be better built and have better dealer support than that wicked bilt you mentioned. Good luck.
