Older conventional cable operated T-handle plow with new fluid. The plow goes up and down easily but when a load is put on one side of the blade it starts to angle that way. Adjusted the cushion valve adjustment as per book, also adjusted the lift valve with the fluid change. (Amsoil ATF synthetic) The only adjustment not made yet is the check valve, if this is not it what would be the next logical step. The angle also works well just not when there is a load. The plow also now struggles to lift when at a bank. Its like the pump is weak or fluid is bypassing something or leaking through somewhere.

Could be your choice of fluid... Synthetics were not around when plows of that vintage were designed....
