Im not sure what model it is, its a straight blade on a 97 chevy 1500. Im sure the plow is about the same year as well. Sometimes when I plow it tilts to the left or right when pushing a good amount. Sometimes it seems like it dont want to lift up when pushed into the bank. Any pointers to get me going in the right direction would be great

    Thanks

Search this site. Sounds like maybe angle valve could be weak or swollen. needs replacing?

Its slow to lift as well, could it be a couple valves going bad?

Take out the cross over valve and replace it with a plug. Of course if you hit a solid object you bed the plow or truck if you bypass the pressure relief valve.

As far as lifting with a load. again remove the pressure relief valve. of coarse then you will blow hoses or rams when the pressure gets to high.

All the symptoms you list are safety related and controlled by pressure relief valves. Possible there bad. but most likely you pushing too hard.
