plow wont raise but will angle. Help please

    i have a curtis sno-pro 3000. i went out to test today before snow fall and it won't raise. it whines when i try to raise it. also it WILL angle. it sounds as if its straining more during the left and right movements. will not even try to raise chain still has slack in it. i have checked the fluid level. Please, any ideas?

    ok. Ice was the problem. i drug it in to my shop to try to diagnose the problem. i guess the heat in my shop warmed it enough to melt the blockage. how do i get all the oil/water out of the lines to prevent this in the future?
