Plow won't attach to pickup

    The controller doesn't lite up the switch to attach doesn't do anything. Need help! Thanks I try and answer any questions.

    2010 I think. Boss vxt 8'2 smart hitch 2 on a 2000 f350 v8 gas xl

    Check the fuses for the controller main power. If the controller is not powered up and in float the plow switch will not work.

    Control on. Needs to be in float, the pins to on and hold the switch up.

    Where r they at under hood or on the plow? Is it a big fuse or a smaller one? There is a big fuse box by the firewall.

    Yep found out its unplugged but can't find where to plug back in

    could have been to the fuse box. it should be keyed power, but any always on power will make your plow work for now. just shut it off when done or you will have a dead truck.
