    When I drain the hydralic fluid to change it, the filter and the gasket, should I flush the system with anything? I tought I read kerosene? If so, do I fill it with kero and jsut move all the cylinders in and out a few times? thanks for the help

    I'm not sure kerosene would be good for it? I just drain mine and refill with new Boss hydraulic fluid. I'm someone with more knowledge will step in. :nod:

    No kerosene !!! Just drain your system, push all the fluid out, and refill with fresh Fluid. You dont need to flush the system. If you have a western the owners manual tells ya just how to do it.
