plow light relay

    does anyone know what kind of problems can happen with bad relay

    sometimes they do they were operating find , check white wire on plow lights that is connected, 98 f150 harness99100196 when i un plug plow lights to go back to truck lights i lose my low beam

    is the brown wire the one that trips the relay will check that for loose connection ,but lights work find on plow ,parking ,turn,high&low

    Yes the brown (parking light wire is the "trigger")

    Is the low beam problem constrent or intermittant? does it ever light?

    Either the relay is bad on the truck low beam side or you have a blown blub on the Truck.

    bulbs are find, it is a bad relay
