What is the cause of the plow tilting forwards? Do i need new springs or is the piston going?

A couple things come to mind. What brand of plow? Do you have any pics that you can post up?

not sure of the brand, its on a 87 chevy 1 ton that i was concidering buying but the plow is leaning fowards. its not too major just a little over so i was thinking the springs just needed to be replaced.

See if you can tighten up the springs and see if it pulls it back. This truck lifted any?
