One of my subs has a 7ft SnoWay on a chevy 1/2 ton. He put a stainless steel skin on it and it all looks straight and in decent shape. His problem is when he's plowing the plow chatters like crazy and is getting on some of my clients nerve's. Its great for cutting up any hard pack but again, loud and annoying. Any thoughts? My first guess was not level.

Is he running shoes? I believe the snoways have down pressure, maybe a little too much? If the ss skin was not installed correctly I can see it chattering against the ribs.

Dont know much about snoway...But when a Plow chatters like that it usally means the A-Frame angle is wrong...You want the A-frame as level as possible....I hope Basher chimes in...He is the Sno-way King.....

Its more like the plow is jumping side to side. Like Matson said, I bet his a frame is not level.
