was wondering what you guys thinks about what it would be worth to do these. these condos are under construction right now there are 45 condos would take around 2-2 1/2 hours to do everything. it would be sidewalks the road and drives. was thinking around $4500 - $5000 for the season. please help need to give a bid in next day or so.

    Condo Pricing

Sounds like a little too low of a price. 45 Driveways at an average of say 5 minutes per drive between driving between them and the actual work is about 3.75. Figure 3 1/2 to do them. add in getting out to SHOVEL walks, plus plowing the raod itself?? Sounds like a good $500-600 a storm, and this is not a very deep one. Figure if you get hit with a 10-12 incher, it will take many passes on the roads and drives, not counting the harder labor of clearing the walks.figure out how many storms a year average..plus a few additional to cover you and go from there.. I have a 4 acre lot that tkaes 4 trucks 3-4 hours and we get almost as much as your seasonal price..Figure your commercial liability insurance will cost you close to a thousand..Especially with clearing walks, now you need to worry about slip and falls on those walks and drives...good luck.

There are no grassy areas or medians. it is a straight push from one end to the other..makes for some huge windrows when you get a few passes done.,
