What size blade do you have?

    How many obstacles ?

Where do you have to push the snow?

Salt sounds on the low side. I'm 30 min. south of you and have used 400+ on smaller lots, depending on amount of ice, and temperature.

no obstacles a 8' 6" blade pushed to end of the lot on any side. what salt coverage would you say I figured a 50lb bag would cover about 9000Sqft.

22,000 sq. ft. is only about a half acre. With no obstacles and an 8.5 plow I would think it would take an hour, tops, to plow. I would think more like 30 min.
