I just bought a MM2 plow 1/2 way through this season and the paint on the pump started wearing off and getting surface rust. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas? Would this be covered under warrenty?

Thats that cheap paint thy use not standing up to heat. Not worth the effort dealing with Fisher. It will only peel again in a year. Do it right now and forget about it.

Go to ICi Dulux Paints on Adams street in Quincy and buy some of his heavy Duty paint. He is just outside of East Milton Square before you get to the MC Donalds

mines doing the same thing... just going to wire brush it in the spring and paint with flat black grille paint should take care of the problem

Then coat it with Fluid Film.
