P A ram nut broke need help

    :Hi all Here is what I have a 12'' Meyer PA ram with the gland nut broke off flush .Is there any way to get this ram apart or is it replacement time. any useful advice would be great .

    If your talking about the packing nut, IMO you would be better off buying a new cylinder. Especially if there is nothing to grip. It is the only way to get them apart. Hope this helps :mechanic:

    With it being broke off flush I think you would be better off buying a new one or finding a used one and re packing it. New your looking around 80-100 dollars. Depending on where you get it.
