We're running a promo for PlowSite members interested in leveraging software to improve their snow removal business. If you order by Nov. 30, 2015, we'll give you 50% off everything - startup fees, licenses and any add-ons (like our new integrated GPS tracking solution).

It's a significant savings, and one of the best deals we've ever offered.

If you want to learn how our software can help you eliminate paperwork and grow your business, click here.

If you have any questions, give us a call at (888) 271-4076.

Great question. We have a one-time startup fee - which is typical for software and pays for the initial setup and training. That's usually $499.99, but with this offer would be $249.98.

Then, we charge a monthly fee based on the number of licenses you use. The first two licenses are $99.99 per month and each additional license is $49.99 a month. So you'd get half off those licenses until March 1 of 2016.

You get unlimited office licenses at no cost. So a license is charged only for the people in the field doing the work.

We also have what we call daily snow licenses. You have to maintain a minimum of 2 $99.99 licenses, but after that you can sign up for daily licenses. The great thing about dailies is that if you're in a fringe market or it doesn't snow in November or April, you don't pay anything. We charge you $15 a day (and cap your monthly fee at $49.99) for daily licenses. If it doesn't snow, you pay nothing, outside the two minimum licenses.

Hopefully, that makes sense. Obviously, the size of your organization is really what determines you pay. But to spend $10,000 on our software, you'd need to have a lot of licenses - and presumably a lot more revenue than 20K.

Let me know if any of that is unclear or you need more information.
