Hey guys just wondering if any of you from Ontario have applied for a rebate on fuel tax payed on fuel used in plowing or salting?

I was told by a sales guy for a GPS system that they could monitor plow usage and salter usage in order to apply for a tax rebate. Just wondering if anyone has done it or heard of it before.

This was all i could find regarding it.

Yah i saw that, i wasn't sure by the wording of it if it only counted true engine PTO shafts on large trucks or if a electric hydraulic plow (or electric salter) on a pickup truck would count.

You can also get a refund for the gas you've used in lawn mowers etc as well.
