Does anyone know how to accept credit cards online without having your own website or is there such a thing??

Get a square card reader, works with a smart phone or tablet. Its easy to set up, I did it.

can they go online and pay their bill? I want the customer to receive an invoice and be able to go online somehow and pay their bill without me having to talk to them or take a card number. But i do not have a website yet.

I had customers pay me vs "popmoney.com"

Right into my account, and they didn't have anything but my name and phone number

    Weird but free

PayPal sounds like what you need. Let's you email invoice which lets them pay online with card, echeck, or PayPal account.

PayPal also charges 20% I believe.

More like 3%. With No monthly fee. I used them for a few years before switching to something that fit my needs better. I don't know where you can accept a credit card and not get charged a fee. I have been quoted as low as .5% but they had a high monthly fee.
