    Unimount ?

Remove the two bolts holding the motor on the housing , remove the motor .

The pump assembly and inlet screen are now accessable , remove the drain plug on the underside of the housing and thoroughly clean the inside of the housing , you can remove the pump assembly by removing the two bolts holding it to the housing for cleaning .

If that dosen't help , might check the pump pressure.

If cables are adjusted properly and motor runs as it should , check pump pressure (1650-1850psi )

    I'll bet it's pump time

How do you check pump pressure?

Usually I use a gauge with a quick coupler on it to check at the angle hoses / fittings.

Make sure you get a gauge to read to around 3000 psi to be safe , you never know when the pressure relief has been messed with :D.
